Lobo Chinese Five-Spice Blend, also known as Pa-Lo Powder, is a convenient Thai seasoning blend for making traditional Thai-style five-spice dishes. It is ideal for preparing Pa-Lo braised pork, chicken, eggs and tofu with a rich, aromatic flavour.

How to Use

Use 1 tablespoon of the seasoning blend for each cooking. Add to your Pa-Lo or five-spice braising recipe together with your preferred meat, eggs or tofu. Simmer until the ingredients are thoroughly cooked and absorb the aromatic seasoning.
