Description

Lobo Nam Powder Seasoning Mix is a convenient seasoning mix for making traditional Thai fermented pork sausage, known as Nam. It creates the characteristic sour and savoury flavour and can be combined with minced pork, pork skin, garlic and fresh chilli.

How to Use

1. Add the Nam Powder and the supplied salt containing sodium nitrite to minced pork.
2. Mix thoroughly.
3. Add finely sliced pork skin, garlic and fresh chilli.
4. Pack the mixture into a plastic bag and seal tightly.
5. Leave at room temperature for 24 hours before serving. 

For food safety, use fresh pork and follow the package instructions carefully, particularly the specified amount of curing salt and fermentation time.
