Lobo Nam Ya Curry Paste is a convenient Thai curry paste for preparing authentic Nam Ya, a rich and aromatic Thai fish curry traditionally served with rice vermicelli and fresh vegetables.

The paste contains aromatic Thai ingredients including galangal, shallots, chilli, garlic and lemongrass. It is a convenient way to prepare a traditional Thai meal at home. 

How to Use

1. Mix the contents of the packet with 100 g cooked fish or canned tuna.
2. Boil 2 cups (480 ml) coconut milk.
3. Add the fish mixture to the coconut milk and bring to a boil.
4. Add fish sauce to taste.
5. Serve with rice vermicelli, sour pickled mustard greens, bean sprouts and fresh vegetables.
