Description

Lobo Potted Seafood Seasoning Paste is a convenient seasoning for preparing Thai-style seafood in a Chinese clay pot. It is especially delicious with prawns and glass noodles, creating a fragrant, savoury dish with ginger, garlic and aromatic spices.

How to Use

1. Soak 100 g glass noodles, drain and cut into shorter pieces.
2. Mix the glass noodles with the contents of the seasoning packet.
3. Slice 100 g pork fat or chicken fat and place it at the bottom of a clay pot. Alternatively, use 3 tablespoons vegetable oil.
4. Place the glass noodles on top, followed by 300 g fresh prawns.
5. Cover and cook over low heat for 15–20 minutes. 

The seasoning can also be used with other types of seafood.
