Description

Lobo Seasoning Mix for Chicken is a Thai-style marinade mix suitable for grilling, frying or baking chicken. The aromatic blend of garlic, turmeric, mustard, fenugreek, coriander and chilli gives chicken a delicious oriental-style flavour.

The pack contains 2 individual seasoning sachets, with each sachet suitable for approximately 1 kg of chicken. 

How to Use

1. Prepare approximately 1 kg chicken or chicken pieces and pat dry.
2. Dissolve 1 sachet in ¼ cup (60 ml) water.
3. Rub the mixture evenly over the chicken.
4. Marinate for 1 hour.
5. Grill: Grill over medium charcoal heat, turning regularly.
6. Fry: Deep-fry in vegetable oil over medium heat until golden and fully cooked.
7. Bake: Bake at 190°C / 375°F for approximately 30–45 minutes, depending on the thickness of the chicken.
