Lobo Laab-Namtok Seasoning Mix makes it easy to prepare authentic Thai Laab or Namtok at home. The seasoning combines roasted glutinous rice, chilli, herbs and Thai-style seasonings for a delicious savoury and aromatic flavour.

How to Use

1. Prepare 300 g meat, such as beef, chicken or another preferred meat.
2. For Laab, grind the meat. For Namtok, grill the meat and slice it.
3. Add ¼ cup (60 ml) water and stir-fry until the meat is cooked.
4. Add the entire seasoning packet and mix well.
5. Garnish with sliced shallots, mint leaves and spring onions.
6. Serve with fresh vegetables.
